Samsung has yet to confirm the existence of a Galaxy A 2017 smartphone family, but we've been hearing a lot about it anyway. Recently, various leaked images allowed us to see what the Galaxy A3 (2017), Galaxy A5 (2017), and Galaxy A7 (2017) may look like. The Galaxy A7 (2017) - the largest among the bunch - can now be seen in new renders, including a video giving us a 360-degree view of the device.
Like the new A3 and A5, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) has a metal and glass body with slightly curved front and rear sides. It's said that this next-gen Galaxy A7 is larger than theGalaxy A7 (2016), thanks to a 5.7-inch 1080p display (compared to the 5.5-inch 1080p panel of the older model). The larger screen should also bring a beefier battery - a 3500 mAh unit. Other expected features include 16 MP cameras on both rear and front, 3 GB of RAM, an octa-core Exynos processor, and 32 GB or 64 GB of expandable storage space.
Interestingly, all the new Galaxy A handsets are expected to be dust- and water-resistant, while having fingerprint scanners on the front.
The Galaxy A 2017 series might be announced on January 2. Of course, this doesn't necessarily mean we're going to see the handsets in the US come January, but we'll be here to let you know more on this as soon as we receive new details
